Today is the first step I took in the right direction to achieve my current health goals. Recently I have found myself so down on not only the way I look, but the way I live. I have already began eating healthier the last couple of days and really watching what I eat, and I already feel better. I have also debated joining Kayla Itsine's BBG movement and starting a life of fitness for a long time now, and today I finally decided to attempt my first BBG workout. The program consists of 12 weeks of cardio and resistance training. The workouts consist of 28 minutes of four 7 minute circuits and I tell you, I almost died after 7 minutes. I am really trying to not get discouraged because I am extremely out of shape. It's obviously going to take some time for me to be able to keep up with such an intense program. It may only be 28 minutes long, but it is killer. Anyway, I encourage other people to join me in this new start at fitness and maybe we can all push each other to do better!
